Read PostI just bought Enduro eBike so far I'm very impressed with the Mid-drive motor it has crazy toque. It's so fun changing gears on this bike (with Box Derailleur upgrade). I'm very happy with upgraded long-range battery. Super stoked about the air-suspension.
BIG THANK YOU TO THE VOLT-BIKE TEAM FOR AMAZING BIKES
After a month of having the bike and putting in a few hundred km in a mix of weather, I'm still having a blast with this bike. The motor provides all the power i could want on hills, and the bike provides a comfortable ride both on and off the trails. I would recommend the upgrade to Box Components clutch derailleur. The extra hundred dollars is more than worth it. I do find that if your riding at a 4-5 / 5 on the assist that you do fall short of the 60-80km range, as the best I have gotten is 45km but that is with some decent hills in my riding and plenty of mud but it is worth keeping in mind if you do need the full range they are claiming to have for this bike. Otherwise I would recommend at least having this bike on your short list when it comes time to buy because its hard to find other bikes that compete with this at the price point its at.
Would have given 5 / 5 but just some minor things. The rear light is just an add on that wraps around the seat post, and it doesn't work (I pulled the tab out, checked the batteries etc...). Also the cadence sensor wasn't properly installed so I had to mess around with that until I got it in the correct place. Shipping was late but that's not Voltbike's fault.
Aside from that, it's a very comfy ride and I like the colour display and it's very responsive. I've only taken it around the block but I've had a Yukon 750 for two years and it seems that the Enduro is built solid just like it. Looking forward to summer biking!
My VoltBike arrived with a little bit of shipping rash. The damaged piece is in the mail and some advice for straightening a warped brake disk. I had my first ride on it yesterday and within 5 minutes I realized I made a wise purchase. Thanks VoltBike.
