Took over 5 weeks to receive this order for the rear replacement rack for my first Gen Outback. Still says online that it is in stock and ready to ship. Not true.
After a few emails and no movement I called and and was given excellent service from Jason and one was shipped to me. Slow shipping, not acceptable. As for the rack itself, it was a learning experience getting it to the point where it would fit my bike. My stock rack broke when my bike, with saddle bags, fell over and snapped one of the supports. Thanks Jason for making it happen
