Wasn't sure what electric bike to get. Neighbors suggested Volt as they have had theirs for 5 years. Got the bike and love it. Had shipping damage on the free helmet. And they had a new helmet to me in 3 days.

I was ripping around the neighborhood in minutes, to the Envy of my neighbors! Loads of powder, power, local hills, or no problem whatsoever.
This is our fourth Voltbike purchase. Couldn’t access settings to set clock or adjust any settings. Emailed help desk eight days later they replied. Phoned Voltbike gentleman said he would email a video. No video has shown up to date. Like there products but support is non existent
Last year I did the test ride and this year I finally bought it. I received the bike very quickly. It is 90% assembled so attaching the pedals and handlebar took no time and is easy to do. I would like to see more instructions, either with the bike or online, for Before your first ride. I couldnt figure out if I need to lube the chain or not.
Bike had a little scratch on the frame so I contacted Support/assistance. Jason was very helpful with questions I had about the Before first use of the bike and also for sending me free mirror for the troubles. Thank you Jason! Awesome!
I am new to ebikes and pretty much beginner, but the bike rides smoothly, shifts easy, you I dont really feel the weight of the bike while riding. I love my new bike and would recommend to friends for sure. Price is very reasonable too. I havent put many km on it yet, and only own it for over a month, but I think that I picked the perfect bike for me. Great job Volt bikes!
If you would have delivered to me at my house instead of a trucking depot miles away you would have got 5 stars.
After ordering 2 new 26x4 tires, they billed my credit card immediately but did not ship the product for over a month. When I inquired they said that they’re out of stock. Why was I not notified of this? Why was I billed if you didn’t have the product?
Pads are fine but took over a month to get them that’s why only one star I ordered another bike for the wife didn’t get the right battery still waiting for the right one not impressed
This is my fourth Volt Bike, and my third Yukon model, need I say more? I've put over 25,000 km on them, and they're all still going. Great bikes! Good prices and service!
I really like that the throttle works in assist-level 0, that's how I usually ride, using only as much throttle as I need. The step-through model is good for my girlfriend.

I bought the pink and the color is stunning. Also ordered the larger battery, great to go riding and not have to worry about running of power. Very comfortable ride.

Bag is made of quality materials but having the lateral Velcro straps both on right side of bag isn’t good. The left side doesn’t hold well and bag flops around.
