Rear Air Shock

New for this year is the rear air shock with lockout and rebound adjustment. This advanced shock from DNM is designed to soften the impact, keep the tire in contact while increasing rider control and decreasing rider fatigue. This shock is constructed of 6061 aluminum and weight only 270grams. VoltBike Enduro is using rear air shock DNM AO-42RC with lockout, rebound and and air pressure adjustment.

What size rider will this bike fit? I am 6'3" and my wife is 5'4". We both want an electric mountain bike.

VoltBike Enduro is using 19" frame. The bike is suitable for person 5'6" to 6'4". Your wife would not be able to put her feet flat on the ground. If she likes riding bigger bikes then it could be good for her.

How many miles can I expect to get with just one fully charged battery on gravel/paved roads with average topography (not flat & not mountains)?

The 2019 Voltbike Enduro comes with upgraded 14.5Ah battery with Panasonic cells. This battery can provide a range of around 38 miles in mixed terrain.

Could you put mud flaps on the Enduro and a change the seatpost for me before shipping. I would pay extra for this.

Apologize but we don't do custom modifications before shipping. We offer great pricing but we leave those updates for customers after the bike is received. VoltBike Enduro is using standard components and most of the bike shops would be able to help ...

I was wondering what the top speed with throttle would be?

Since 2022 VoltBike Enduro comes standard with thumb throttle. The top speed on throttle alone is 32km/h which is the legal speed allowed in Canada.

Is it possible to mount a rear bicycle rack

Mounting of a traditional rear rack on a full-suspension frame would be challenging. The best would be to get a clip-on style rear rack which is attached to the seat post.

Can the LCD screen freeze in cold temperatures when left outside?

The LCD display we use is tested to work at temperatures down to -25 degree C. We would not recommend to store the bike outside for extended period of time in freezing temperatures.

What are the dimensions of the box that the bike is shipped in? Need to find a spot to store the box until I assemble it in the spring.

The shipping box dimensions are 74"x13"x40". The weight of the box is around 90lbs.

What is the air pressure setting in the rear shocks on the Outback and Enduro

The rear shock on the full suspension ebike Outback is set by default at 135-140 psi and for Enduro is 125-130 which is optimal for rider at around 200lbs. Please note that in order to change the pressure on the shock you will need high pressure shock...

Do you keep a record of the serial numbers of the bikes you sell ?

We do not keep a record of the serial numbers for the bikes we sell. We advise customers to record their serial number as soon as they receive their bike in case of theft.

Does the m600 Enduro come with a throttle? I really want a throttle!

The Enduro now comes with a Throttle.

Can the Enduro be fitted with a rear rack and/or fenders?

VoltBike Enduro is full suspension electric bike. Mounting rear rack or fenders is more challenging compared to regular hardtail bike. The best option is to get clip-on style fenders/rack which are mounted on the seat post.

What is the maximum rider weight for the this bike?

This model can hold a maximum rider weight of 280lbs.

Can I wash my bike ?

Though our bikes are water resistant, they are not 100% waterproof and the battery and electrical components could get damaged after exposure to a significant amount water. We recommend wiping the bike with a damp cloth, you may use rubbing alcohol ...
