We ship our bikes fully assembled. This means that the bike will arrive with both wheels attached to minimize the assembly required upon receipt. Due to the large size of the package, we are required to use LTL (Less Than Truckload) carriers. Due to the size and nature of the electric bike battery, shipments go by ground shipping only.

Our USA shipping facility is conveniently located in Blaine, WA which is right on the border between the USA and Canada. There is no sales tax for orders shipped within the USA. All bikes are shipped from Blaine with YRC Freight which is custom LTL (less than truckload) carrier. YRC Freight takes extra care for every package. Voltbike has an exclusive agreement with YRC Freight therefore our customers can enjoy quality service at an affordable price.

The price of $49 includes delivery to commercial/business addresses or delivery to your local YRC Freight service center. Delivery to a rural area will have an extra fee. If you prefer delivery to a rural, please contact us after you place your order. Once the bike is shipped you will receive a tracking number so you can track the progress of the shipment. Sizing of each bike package in inches is 74*13*40 and weight is 83lbs. For your convenience, the package has 2 handles on each side.

Once a new order is placed, each bike is individually inspected and safety tested. Our bike mechanics perform a complete mechanical tune-up. Testing is done on each of the electrical components. Once the bike has passed the VoltBike inspection process, it is then assembled based on your selections.

This process can take up to 10 business days. During peak (summer) season, this process may take up to 14 business days.

Shipping and delivery times vary depending on factors such as current demand, holidays and season. Usually the demand for our brand triples in the summer riding season. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your bike has left our facility.

Due to the size and nature of the e-bike, shipments can usually be carried by ground shipping only.

We do ship bicycles to the state of Hawaii for an additional $120 USD. However, we ask you to pick up the bike at the closest terminal to your home address. Please check available terminals below:
