We ship our bikes fully assembled. We minimize the assembly required, All you are required to re-attach are the handlebars and pedals (making it a better fit inside the box). Due to the size of the package, we are required to use LTL (Less Than Truckload) carriers. Shipments can usually be carried by ground shipment only.

Your bike will get shipped either with Ace Courier, Vitran Express or Day & Ross depending on your area. Shipping cost is just $49 as part of our online incentive. If you live in a rural or remote area then we may ask you to either provide business/commercial address for delivery or to pick up your bike from one of the shipping terminals close to your location. A typical size of our bike package in inches is 74*13*40 and weight's 83lbs. For your convenience, the package do have 2 handles on each side.

We test each bike prior to shipping to ensure that all parts are fully functional. This is part of the PDI(pre-delivery inspection) for each bike we sell. When you receive your bike you will just have to install pedals and handlebar.

Once a new order is placed, each bike is individually inspected and tested. Our bike mechanics are doing complete mechanical tune-up. Performance test is executed on each of the electrical components. Once the bike has passed the VoltBike inspection process, it is then assembled based on your specific modifications, including upgrades and added accessories.

This process typically takes 5-7 business days. In the summer season, this process may take up to 7 business days. If this happens then we usually indicate this on the product details page so new customers are aware of the delays. We do everything we can to minimize your wait time. In the summer season you can see us working extended ours and many times covering overnight shifts.

Shipping and delivery times vary depending on factors such as current demand, holidays and season. Usually the demand for our brand triples in the summer riding season. We usually ship our bikes in an average of 2 business days after the order is placed. In the high season, this may go up to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your bike is ready to leave our facility.

We ship all packages with LTL carriers (Less than truckload). Please note that the shipment will require signature on delivery. You are required to be present at the location in order to accept the package. The shipping company will contact you 1 day in advance to arrange date and approximate drop off time. You will be given a 2-3 hour time frame.

For residential addresses it usually takes additional 1-2 days. We strongly recommend to choose business address for delivery of your bike. This will speed up the shipping process and will ensure that the package will get delivered during the business opening hours.

Due to the size and nature of the e-bike, shipments can usually be carried by ground shipping only.
