In the specs it says that Voltbike Elegant is a 18" step-through frame, but in the FAQ answers it says 19". Can you please clarify? I am 5'4. Would this bike be easy to use for me?

The frame on Voltbike Elegant is 18" as stated in the specifications. This electric bike will be good for your height at 5'4" since it comes with smaller 26" tires. You can also check Elegant sizing chart on the product details page which shows standover height, minimum seat height and others.
