How is it shipped? I read it comes completely assembled in one review.

We ship our electric bikes almost fully assembled with the front wheel attached. The handlebar and pedals are detached to prevent damage during shipping. Most customers are able to get them attached within 15-30 minutes. The bike comes with multi tool to help the assembly process.
