How do you remove the battery from the VoltBike folding ebikes?

To remove the battery for any of our electric folding bike, you will need to remove the seat first. After that, you will need to unlock the battery. If you turn the key on your battery counter clockwise past the point where you can pull out your key, the locking pin should retract into the battery. After the locking pin has retracted, you should be able to pull out the battery by the handle at the top of the battery.
