What payment methods can I use to purchase a bike?
When you initially place an order over our website with paypal or a credit card, the money for your order will be set aside within your account for a few days while the payment is authorized. VoltBike does not accept payment until we think we are within 10 business days of shipping.
I would like to become VoltBike Ambassador

VoltBike is offering a competitive program that allows our bike owners to make back their investment on their electric bike by simply sharing the experience of riding with others. When you become a VoltBike Ambassador in your area, your contact will appear on our unique VoltBike Ambassador map. Anyone interested in your community will be able to contact you either by email or phone. You have a choice to accept or decline it – there is no obligation. If you accept, then you can arrange a meeting between you and the potential customer so that you can show your VoltBike and share your own experience.

The way for your referral to give you credit is upon adding something to your cart where there is a location where they may type in the ambassador's name who referred them. Be sure to let them know where to input your name after the dropdown menu where it says "how did you hear about us"



As a thank you for your time, if the potential customer decides to move forward with the purchase, you’ll receive a $50 referral reward per order. ($50 CAD for Canada or $50 USD for USA). There is no limit on how many riders you may refer to VoltBike, however it is limited to 1 per household. Many of our Ambassadors already earn hundreds of dollars every month!

Do you work with rental fleet operators?
At VoltBike we are actively looking for rental fleet operators.

We understand the value which this would bring to our brand and because of that we are offering an aggressive incentive. What are your hours of operation?

Port Coquitlam, BC Distribution Center
Our Canadian Headquarters is open 9:30 am - 5 pm Pacific Standard Time. Monday through Friday.
Saturday we're open 10am to 2:30pm with reduced staffing. At this location, we usually have several demo bikes on the floor available for test rides. However, it's always a good idea to call prior to visiting us to make sure we have the bike that you are looking to test ride.

Our Port Coquitlam location is also open for regular tune-ups or repairs.

Blaine, WA, USA Distribution Center
Our Blaine WA Distribution Center is normally open for local pickups. Please note that there are no test rides available at this location.
The facility is normally open 9 am - 9 pm Monday through Friday. Saturday it is normally open 9 am to 2:30 pm.

Our Customer Support and Technical Support teams are available 10 am - 5 pm Pacific time Monday through Saturday.

Choose your bike

Once you get approved by PayBright, you will have to contact us by email and let us know the model bike you would like to purchase. We will need also shipping address and phone number where the bike is going to be shipped. Please send your email, with that information, to sales@voltbike.com

Choose financing term

VoltBike customer service will send you a contract to sign. You will also have to choose available financing options. We are offering an interest rate of 0% for 3 months, 9% for 6 months and 19% for 12 months or more.

Your bike is shipped

Once your bike is shipped you will receive tracking number by email.

Who is VoltBike?

What is the sales tax for American buyers?
We already include the tax and tariff fees in the final price since it is crossing a border. We ship for an additional $49 throughout the USA.
I recently purchased a second hand Volkbike through a private sale, is warranty transferrable?
Voltbike warranty is non-transferrable for many reasons, especially because we have no way of knowing what kind of treatment the bike has endured during prior ownership. Saying that, buying anything second hand will always have it's risks and usually does not include any kind of warranty.
Can I change my order?

If you have made an error when placing your order online for an incorrect bike model, helmet or colour selection, accessory, or are having second thoughts on your final order, we can certainly correct it before it ships but we will not be able to adjust any orders that have already shipped.

Can I customize my bike order? Can I add or remove parts?

We offer customizable options for each bike model such as: frame size, battery size, front rack and helmet choice.

We offer a complimentary helmet for each bike but where a helmet is not needed we provide specific options in lieu of the helmet within the same drop down menu.

The complimentary item offered for each bike cannot be exchanged as a monetary value towards the bike

No exceptions to swap out any parts or complimentary accessories with other items at this time.

How do Test Rides work?

We are open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and Saturdays we are open from 10am-3pm for test rides. We are located at #1125 - 1579 Kingsway Ave, Port Coquitlam, BC.
